Been using the Q5fb for close to a year now! Its a fabulous phone, great features for the price ! Did go to a service station once as the charging jack got dislodged due to my rough usage, the service charge cost me just 150 bucks! Great value for money … Good job Micromax

guys this phone is wonderfull .ye phone work bahut smooth karta hai aur iske track ball me koi probelem nahi hai use karne ke uper depond karta hai.ok .very nice phone and out standing features.BUY IT.

see, only few users are aware about many functions of Q5 mobile, many person don’t know even basics function of your phone specially settings, multimedia. internet etc. you have provided very good features in Q5 but what is use if we as user can not utilise it fully. i went to your service center but they have not cooperated me. let me know some your site from where through tutorials every one should able to learn complete functions and utilise all features provided in Q5. by helping users company will be benefited. i am user of Q5 mobile but till date i have not recommended to anyone just because i am not getting any help from any of your outlets. please help users how to use all features of Q5 mobile through tutorials on your site. if all ready tutorials are available please let me know. if i am satisfied of such kind of help i personally buy at least one or two mobile for my family members and i will recommend to my many friend to buy micromax mobile. just imagine every one can not be expert like you who can easily use all features and asking from some one has got its own limit, moreover doing such thing embarrassing both person and think how many times one can ask to others about function of our own mobile from others if at all he is asking again and again on some or others features utility he start feeling ashamed on top of hardly some who knows utility of all features. please hep the customer on this regard. i am sure if you provide such help to customer sell of micromax mobile will boost like anything. thanyou reading my letter patiently and thinking to help me.

Hi Sachin, I am also facing similar problem with my micromax Q5, The phone continuosly shows on headphone connected even if headfone is not connected because of this I had to attend the all calls on speakerphone which really hectik.
Did you get solution on this?

this mobile is really waste… trackball doesnot work properly.. i bought it two months back… and in charging also it has lots of problem..and in service centre they doesnot response properly… dont buy dis mobile

on6th march2011 I have purchased a Q5mobile from SMS Mobile plaza,Rajghat,Bhadrakh Orissa.After one month of my use the track ball didn’t function and the mobile hanged .After that i went to the dealer on26th june 2011 and returned that hand set and the dealer promised to give a new mobile from the company within one month and also gave a received memo to me .But after one and half month whenever i contacted the dealer he bagging me some time.What shall i do ,whether i will wait or go to consumer court.Detail of my mobile is M-910535600491660,S-910535601011665.

Its a waste phone if u want to download any games aur applocation its not support any format,so u have to stick to the default games and application.Also the fabecook which is preloaded application on Q5fb don’t allow u to login and eveytime gives error of login failed

hi!this is shyam from nasik miromax is very bad phone because the charger conn is bad the track ball is very bad i had replased twice is a risky to buy such useless phone but it on you how you handle it.
